A sector where every non-profit has the resources, people, and insights necessary to maximise its impact.

Values

Our Values are:

To work with passion and enthusiasm, which fuels our motivation to support the non-profit sector and enables us to find creative ways to collaborate with our partners.

To operate with integrity, enabling us to work consistently and honestly at the highest ethical standard, with a strong and proven commitment to Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion.

To utilise knowledge in order to bolster both our local insight and global experience to provide our clients with a unique viewpoint.

To seek inspiration, keeping us consistently learning, challenging, and finding fresh ideas and approaches.

To create an environment of trust, building our client-focused approach on openness and honesty.

Environmental Policy:

Environmental responsibility is part of how we operate as an international consultancy. We seek to minimise the environmental impact of our work through digital-first collaboration, thoughtful business travel, and efficient use of resources.

We prioritise virtual meetings whenever possible, travel only when it delivers clear value for clients, and encourage responsible practices across our operations. As our business grows, we remain committed to identifying practical ways to reduce our environmental footprint and contribute to a more sustainable future.

Diversity Statement:

Our company is committed to excellence in the delivery of our services. As part of that mission, we value and promote equity, fairness, and inclusion of diverse members. We expect all members of our company and associates to uphold these priorities.

Upsall International places a high value on diversity and believes that a range of backgrounds and cultures brings a variety of ideas, perspectives and experiences that will create a productive work environment in which talents are fully developed and utilised.

We aim to ensure that the services we provide to clients and candidates do not discriminate against race, heritage, gender, religious or non-religious beliefs, nationality, family background, age, disability, or sexuality. In all consulting projects and processes we undertake for clients, these core principles are fully taken into account and adhered to.

We reserve the right to decline working with organisations that do not share or run contrary to our ethical values and policies on equity, fairness, and inclusion.

Professional Code of Ethics:

At Upsall International, we are committed to delivering the highest quality professional services to the non-profit sector. We do so within an ethical framework and fully abide by the policies of the voluntary and regulatory bodies of the consulting and fundraising professions.

We subscribe to the International Statement of Ethical Principles in Fundraising, developed to establish a common framework for ethical fundraising practices across the globe, ratified at the International Fundraising Summit by fundraising associations from 24 countries in London in July 2018. It requires fundraisers to adhere to five core values: Honesty, Respect, Integrity, Transparency, and Responsibility to donors and beneficiaries.

Upsall International are also proud members of the Chartered Institute of Fundraising (UK), Association of Fundraising Professionals (USA), and the Asociación Española de Fundraising (Spain), and we adhere to their professional codes of conduct and best practice.
