Born out of passion and a shared sense of responsibility, the Sustainable Procurement Pledge (#SPP) is an international start-up non-profit organization playing a critical role in ensuring responsible supply chains. Our vision is that all supply chains across the world have embedded sustainable procurement practices by 2030. We are concerned and care deeply about the future of our planet and its people, and we believe in the necessity of leapfrogging the current efforts and bolstering people to cultivate change.

The Sustainable Procurement Pledge, since 2021, has made remarkable progress, reflecting their commitment to making a positive change via procurement. The team is growing rapidly, and a new position is needed to enable #SPP to continue on their upward trajectory.

The position of IT Administrator will help the #SPP get started with its own IT systems, procedures, and knowledge base, and have the opportunity to build the foundations of our IT setup from the base.

This also includes looking after our website and systems performance, and designing and developing IT solutions that can be scaled up over time.
  • Web content management: You will upload content, manage the smooth working of our website and contribute to keeping it up-to-date and user-friendly.
  • Third-party software support: You will implement and maintain the Microsoft Office 365 non-profit suite including SharePoint and Teams, and integrate and support external platforms such as MailChimp, LinkedIn and Salesforce.
  • Policy and process development and documentation: You will design, document and implement IT policies and procedures aligned with industry best practices. This includes patch and licence management, information security, and access control. Above all, you will ensure that the IT roadmap supports our organisational mission and success!
