Working around the world to develop effective campaigns for non-profits and social enterprises, Mindwize has been operating creatively for over 30 years and, today, are welcoming a new team member to the ranks!

Upsall International is thrilled to announce the appointment of Anton Shcherbyna to the role of International Account Manager Fundraising.  Anton joins the team to oversee vital partnerships, acting both strategically and collaboratively, while also bringing valuable digital expertise to support clients in strengthening their fundraising and engagement strategies.

International Recruitment Consultant, Tricia Placido, led the search for the new International Account Manager Fundraising, uniting Mindwize with Anton’s solid experience and track record in the Netherlands.

Ahead of his recruitment, Anton commented that he is looking forward to harnessing and deepening his fundraising knowledge and skills. Now in post, Anton is settling into his new position and the wider team. Alongside Mindwize, Upsall International are very pleased to see Anton in his new role of International Account Manager Fundraising, and we look forward to hearing how the organisation continues to grow.
