As the seasons change and the grass gets a new lease of life from scorching summers, we welcome a new chapter here in Upsall International and with new chapters come new colleagues, please help us extend a very warm welcome to our new Senior Recruitment Consultant, Noëmi Bijlsma! 

Noëmi brings with her a slew of experience in non-profits, having worked extensively as an executive search consultant with international clients. Noëmi is now looking forward to using her background and passion in the sector to develop connections with people and organisations, contributing to a healthier world. 

Starting her career as a criminal defence lawyer, Noëmi has always been driven to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. In search for a broader context and tangible impact, Noëmi found her place in recruitment, partnering with a wide range of organisations and businesses on executive level searches. 

Noëmi chose to specialise in recruitment at the C-suite, board and senior leadership level within mission-driven organisations, motivated by her passion to make a difference. Noëmi, Dutch-born but based in Mallorca, is excited to grow her international recruitment work by contributing to the development of talent and creating positive societal impact, commenting: “I am so happy to be joining this international team and looking forward to new experiences ahead!”
