Lumos, the organisation transforming care systems around the globe, is entering an exciting period of strategic transformation to strengthen operations, refine systems, and enhance capacity to deliver on the mission to realise every child’s right to a family.

With this new phase of growth, Lumos welcomed a Global Senior Operations Manager into a pivotal leadership role to help shape the organisation’s future direction. Upsall International is delighted to announce the appointment of Hanna Berhanusdotter to the position.

In her new role, Hanna will lead operational priorities and coordinate cross-functional delivery, bringing extensive hands-on experience from across the non-profit sector to strengthen and support Lumos’ mission.

Leading the search for Hanna, Upsall International’s Senior Recruitment Consultant, Shoshana Grammer, collaborated with Lumos to tap into UK networks to find a passionate individual who thrives on organisation improvement.

Reflecting on her new role, Hanna commented: “I’m really excited to work with Lumos colleagues across different teams and country offices, learning from their expertise and perspectives. I’m particularly looking forward to strengthening systems and processes that support safe, adaptive, and effective delivery.”
