As the leading global civil society organisation combating corruption and promoting integrity, transparency, and accountability, Transparency International is continuing its mission to create a world free from corruption.

Needing a Head of Development and Partnerships to join the team and lead the organisation’s global resource mobilisation and drive financial sustainability, Upsall International is now pleased to announce that Aurélie Rapenne has taken on the role.

With over 15 years of experience, Aurélie is poised to take on the leadership position to work at the highest levels of the organisation and bring success in diversifying revenue streams and building vital partnerships.

Upsall International’s Ruth Gardner, Senior Recruitment Consultant, managed the recruitment search for the new Head of Development and Partnerships, working in close collaboration with Aurélie throughout the process.
