30 Jun Two new teammates for Global Methane Hub!

Upsall International is thrilled, once again, to have partnered with the first coordinated philanthropic approach to methane mitigation, GMH, to build their team with two new roles.

Firstly, we are pleased to welcome Chane’l Radden to the role of Communications Associate in a maternity cover role. Chane’l joins the GMH to provide project management and coordination support to the vital communications function and help with the day-to-day operations of the team.

Secondly, the team is also pleased to welcome Anna Zimmermann Jin, who joins GMH as Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Lead. To oversee the full MEL ecosystem, Anna will serve as the strategic anchor for evidence-based decision-making across the organisation.

Senior Recruitment Consultants, McAra Kirby Fahey and Ruth Gardner lead the searches for Chane’l and Anna, respectively, having both collaborated with GMH on many occasions.

Of her recruitment, Chane’l commented: “This has been one of the smoothest recruitment processes that I’ve ever been through.” Chane’l is looking forward to “continuing work in the climate movement and having the opportunity to work with partners all over the world to mitigate methane emissions and avert climate catastrophe.”

Anna is also excited to begin her tenure at GMH, commenting: “I am looking forward to the opportunity to work at the intersection of monitoring, evaluation, learning and climate action. I’m excited about GMH’s role as a field builder that is accelerating global collaboration on methane mitigation and about GMH’s truly global staff and portfolio. I’m eager to help the organisation cultivate a culture of learning and a MEL system that informs strategy and enhances impact.”
