From 20 to 23 October 2026, fundraisers, campaigners, activists and social impact leaders from around the world gather in Noordwijk, the Netherlands, and online, for the International Fundraising Congress.

Convened annually by the Resource Alliance since 1981, IFC is the longest-running global gathering of its kind. The 2026 theme, Unstoppable: Reimagine. Reclaim. Rebuild, responds to a sector under real financial and political pressure. It challenges the assumptions that limit fundraising and leadership, looks hard at where power and agency sit, and works on rebuilding ways of working that are ethical, resilient and fit for what is coming.

The programme spans masterclasses, workshops, keynotes and open discussions across seven tracks, with around 90 speakers from organisations including Oxfam, Médecins Sans Frontières, the RNLI, Comic Relief, the International Rescue Committee, CARE Canada, Greenpeace MENA and grassroots organisations across Africa, Asia and Latin America.

Upsall International is proud to partner with the Resource Alliance on IFC 2026 for another year. We are looking forward to reconnecting with old friends, meeting new colleagues from across the global fundraising community, and joining the conversations that will shape the sector’s future. This year, our CEO of Consulting, Emily Bracken, will lead a session exploring the latest global fundraising trends, insights from the 2025 International Fundraising Leadership Forum, and lessons from organisations achieving growth in emerging markets. And, of course, we will once again be hosting our traditional IFC Jobs Board, helping connect talented fundraisers with exciting opportunities from across the sector.
