The Global Methane Hub (GMH) is the first coordinated philanthropic approach to funding methane mitigation. By focusing on the energy, agricultural and waste sectors, which account for 96% of human-caused methane emissions, the Hub can support ambitious catalytic investments, laying the groundwork for long-term transformation, as well as delivering quick wins on the ground.

With the role of People and Operations Associate opening at GMH, the team were eager to find someone with excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and a proactive, collaborative approach to supporting a globally distributed team; in came Josefina Collado. In partnership with Upsall International, both parties are delighted to announce Josefina’s appointment to the position.

Josefina brings solid experience in people operations, with a strong background in onboarding and supporting a positive employee experience. Putting her skills to action, Josefina is excited to be embarking on this new role, commenting: “What I’m most looking forward to is getting to know the team, learning as much as I can, and contributing to GMH’s mission. I’m very excited to get started!”
