06 May Youth Climate Justice Fund welcomes Omnia El Omrani!

Supporting youth-led socio-environmental and climate justice movements worldwide, the Youth Climate Justice Fund (YCJF) is bridging gaps between funders and young leaders and supporting partners in over 50 countries.

With a young, dynamic, and diverse international team to work towards the mission, Youth Climate Justice Fund needed a key strategic leader in the team to take on the role of Director of Programs.

Omnia El Omrani, we are pleased to confirm, has begun her tenure as Director of Programs and prepares to lead the organisation’s bold and responsive programmatic vision.

As well as advancing YCJF’s mission through a unified program of initiatives, Omnia will sit on the Senior Leadership Team in order to contribute to the organisation’s long-term strategy.

Upsall International’s Senior Recruitment Consultant, McAra Kirby-Fahey, led the search for the Director of Programs, tapping into extensive climate networks around the globe to find a dynamic and knowledgeable leader.
